ถ้าผู้สู้ราคาสูงสุดละเลยเสียไม่ใช้ราคาไซร้ ท่านให้ผู้ทอดตลาดเอาทรัพย์สินนั้นออกขายอีกซ้ำหนึ่ง ถ้าและได้เงินเป็นจำนวนสุทธิไม่คุ้มราคาและค่าขายทอดตลาดชั้นเดิม ผู้สู้ราคาเดิมคนนั้นต้องรับผิดในส่วนที่ขาด

English translation
If the bidder who offers the highest bidding price does not pay the money, the auctioneer may renew the auction. If the renew bidding price is lower than the feedback (/form/1-samuiforsale-contact-form.html?tmpl=component) / previous one, such default bidder must liable for the short.
