ผู้จัดการทรัพย์สินที่ศาลได้ตั้งขึ้น ต้องทำบัญชีทรัพย์สินของผู้ไม่อยู่ให้เสร็จภายในสามเดือนนับแต่วันทราบคำสั่งตั้งของศาล แต่ผู้จัดการทรัพย์สินจะร้องขอต่อศาลให้ขยายเวลาก็ได้

English translation
The manager who appointed by the court must finish making the inventory of the property of the absent person within three months as from the day on which the appointment order of the court comes to his knowledge. However, the manager may apply to the court for the extension of the time.
