ผู้ขนส่งจะต้องรับผิดในการที่ของสูญหายหรือบุบสลายหรือส่งชักช้า อันเกิดแต่ความผิดของผู้ขนส่งคนอื่น หรือบุคคลอื่นซึ่งตนหากได้มอบหมายของนั้นไปอีกทอดหนึ่ง
