ถ้าบุคคลภายนอกอ้างว่ามีสิทธิเหนือทรัพย์สินซึ่งฝากและยื่นฟ้องผู้รับฝากก็ดี หรือยึดทรัพย์สินนั้นก็ดี ผู้รับฝากต้องรีบบอกกล่าวแก่ผู้ฝากโดยพลัน
