ใบรับของคลังสินค้าและประทวนสินค้าต้องมีเลขลำดับตรงกันกับเลขในต้นขั้ว และลงลายมือชื่อของนายคลังสินค้าอนึ่ง ใบรับของคลังสินค้าและประทวนสินค้านั้น ท่านให้มีรายละเอียดดังกล่าวต่อไปนี้ คือ(๑) ชื่อหรือยี่ห้อ และสำนักของผู้ฝาก(๒) ที่ตั้งคลังสินค้า(๓) ค่าบำเหน็จสำหรับเก็บรักษา(๔) สภาพของสินค้าที่เก็บรักษา และน้ำหนักหรือขนาดแห่งสินค้านั้น กับทั้งสภาพ จำนวน และเครื่องหมายหีบห่อ(๕) สถานที่และวันออกใบรับของคลังสินค้าและประทวนสินค้านั้น(๖) ถ้าได้กำหนดกันไว้ว่าให้เก็บสินค้าไว้ชั่วเวลาเท่าใดให้แจ้งกำหนดนั้นด้วย(๗) ถ้าของที่เก็บรักษามีประกันภัย ให้แสดงจำนวนเงินที่ประกันภัยกำหนดเวลาที่ประกันภัย และชื่อหรือยี่ห้อของผู้รับประกันภัยด้วยอนึ่ง นายคลังสินค้าต้องจดรายละเอียดทั้งนี้ลงไว้ในต้นขั้วด้วย

English translation
The warehouse receipt and the warrant must bear serial numbers corresponding to the numbers on the counterfoil and must be signed by the warehouseman. The warehouse receipt and the warrant must contain the following particulars: (1) the name or business name and the office of the depositor; (2) the location of the warehouse; (3) the remuneration for storage; (4) the nature of the goods stored and their weight or measurements, together with the condition, number and marks of the packages; (5) the place and date of issue of the warehouse receipt and of the warrant; (6) if a period of storage has been fixed, that period; (7) if the goods stored are insured, the sum insured, the period of the insurance, and the name or business name of the insurer. The warehouseman must also enter all these particulars on the counterfoil.
