ผู้ทรงเอกสารอันมีทั้งใบรับของคลังสินค้าและประทวนสินค้านั้น จะให้นายคลังสินค้าแยกสินค้าที่เก็บรักษาไว้ออกเป็นหลายส่วนและให้ส่งมอบเอกสารแก่ตนส่วนละใบก็ได้ ในกรณีเช่นนี้ผู้ทรงเอกสารต้องคืนเอกสารเดิมแก่นายคลังสินค้าอนึ่ง ค่าใช้จ่ายในการแยกสินค้าและการส่งมอบเอกสารใหม่นั้น ผู้ทรงเอกสารต้องรับใช้
