ในกรณีที่มีบำเหน็จตัวแทนถ้าไม่มีข้อสัญญาตกลงกันไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น ท่านว่าบำเหน็จนั้นพึงจ่ายให้ต่อเมื่อการเป็นตัวแทนได้สุดสิ้นลงแล้ว
