ถ้ามิได้ตกลงกันไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น ท่านว่าตัวแทนค้าต่างชอบที่จะได้รับบำเหน็จโดยอัตราตามธรรมเนียมเพื่อกิจการค้าขายอันตนได้จัดการให้ตกลงไปนั้นทุกรายไป
