การรับเงินหรือรับชำระหนี้อันจะพึงชำระตามสัญญานั้น ท่านให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่านายหน้าย่อมไม่มีอำนาจที่จะรับแทนผู้เป็นคู่สัญญา
