การนำตั๋วเงินลงเป็นรายการในบัญชีเดินสะพัดนั้น ท่านให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่าได้ลงด้วยเงื่อนไขว่าจะมีผู้ชำระเงินตามตั๋วนั้น ถ้าและตั๋วนั้นมิได้ชำระเงินไซร้ จะเพิกถอนรายการอันนั้นเสียก็ได้

English translation
Where a bill is entered as an item in a current account, it is presumed to have been entered on condition that the bill will be paid. If the bill is not paid, the entry may be cancelled.
