ตั๋วสัญญาใช้เงินนั้น ต้องมีรายการดังจะกล่าวต่อไปนี้ คือ(๑) คำบอกชื่อว่าเป็นตั๋วสัญญาใช้เงิน(๒) คำมั่นสัญญาอันปราศจากเงื่อนไขว่าจะใช้เงินเป็นจำนวนแน่นอน(๓) วันถึงกำหนดใช้เงิน(๔) สถานที่ใช้เงิน(๕) ชื่อ หรือยี่ห้อของผู้รับเงิน(๖) วันและสถานที่ออกตั๋วสัญญาใช้เงิน(๗) ลายมือชื่อผู้ออกตั๋ว
