เมื่อมีคำวินิจฉัยชี้ขาดในเรื่องค่าฤชาธรรมเนียมแล้ว ให้หัวหน้าสำนักงานประจำศาลยุติธรรมชั้นต้นทำบัญชีแสดงค่าฤชาธรรมเนียมที่คู่ความทุกฝ่ายได้เสียไปโดยลำดับและจำนวนที่คู่ความฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งหรือทั้งสองฝ่ายจะต้องรับผิดตามคำวินิจฉัยชี้ขาดของศาล คู่ความหรือบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องอาจขอสำเนาบัญชีเช่นว่านั้นได้

When a decision on court costs has been made, the head of the office attached to the court of first instance shall prepare an account showing, in order, the court costs paid by every party, and the amount for which any one party or both parties are liable under the court's decision. A party or an interested person may request a copy of such account.
