เมื่อมีคำวินิจฉัยชี้ขาดในเรื่องค่าฤชาธรรมเนียมแล้ว ให้หัวหน้าสำนักงานประจำศาลยุติธรรมชั้นต้นทำบัญชีแสดงค่าฤชาธรรมเนียมที่คู่ความทุกฝ่ายได้เสียไปโดยลำดับและจำนวนที่คู่ความฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งหรือทั้งสองฝ่ายจะต้องรับผิดตามคำวินิจฉัยชี้ขาดของศาล คู่ความหรือบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องอาจขอสำเนาบัญชีเช่นว่านั้นได้
English translation
When a decision on court costs has been made, the head of the office attached to the court of first instance shall prepare an account showing, in order, the court costs paid by every party, and the amount for which any one party or both parties are liable under the court's decision. A party or an interested person may request a copy of such account.

Section 169 provides the administrative step that turns a costs ruling into a concrete figure. After the court decides liability for costs, the head of the office attached to the court of first instance must prepare an ordered account of what each party has paid and what each is finally liable to bear. It gives parties and interested persons a right to a copy of that account, which is the practical basis for collecting or reimbursing costs. The provision complements Sections 161 and 167, which fix who bears costs, by supplying the mechanism to compute and record the amounts.
Why this matters in practice
After you win a costs order, the amount you can actually recover comes from this official account, so it is worth requesting a copy to check the figures before you enforce. If you owe costs, the account tells you the exact sum due. Keeping your own receipts for filing fees, service, and other outlays helps you confirm the account is right and supports recovery of everything you are entitled to.
