English translation
The executing officer shall have the power to act as necessary and appropriate to the circumstances in order to carry the execution through to completion. Where there is a person obstructing, or reasonable grounds to believe that a person will obstruct, the executing officer has the power to notify an administrative officer or the police to render assistance. In such case, the administrative officer or the police shall have the power to arrest and detain the obstructing person to the extent necessary for the performance of the executing officer's duties.
