English translation
A creditor who continues the execution under Section 327 may file an application with the court having authority over the execution to transfer the execution to the court that adjudicated the case in which he is the judgment creditor. When the court having authority over the execution has considered that application, if it is of the opinion that carrying out the execution in the court to which the execution is to be transferred will be convenient for all parties, and the consent of the court to which it is to be transferred has been obtained, the court shall order that the transfer of the execution be allowed. The order of the court under this section shall be final.
In the case where the execution is transferred under paragraph one, the court to which it is transferred shall be deemed to be the court under Section 271 paragraph one.

Firm annotation
Section 328 closes Part 7 by allowing the venue of an execution to follow the creditor who continued it under Section 327. That creditor may apply to the court currently in charge of the execution to transfer it to the court that rendered the judgment in their own case; the transfer is allowed only where it is convenient for all parties and the receiving court consents, and the resulting order is final. On transfer, the receiving court is deemed the court under Section 271 paragraph one, so it holds the ordinary authority over the execution going forward. The provision was renumbered by the Civil Procedure Code Amendment Act (No. 30) B.E. 2560 (2017).
Why this matters in practice
This is a convenience tool: if you took over an execution but your own judgment came from a different court, you can ask to bring the execution home to that court, which can simplify further steps. It is not automatic, the current court must find it convenient for everyone and the receiving court must agree, and once decided the order cannot be appealed. If continuing and then transferring an execution is on the table, plan it with a debt collection lawyer so the venue works in your favor.
