ในกรณีที่เจ้าพนักงานบังคับคดีมีคำสั่งยืนตามบัญชีส่วนเฉลี่ย ผู้ซึ่งได้ยื่นคำแถลงคัดค้านตามมาตรา ๓๔๐ อาจยื่นคำร้องคัดค้านคำสั่งดังกล่าวต่อศาลได้ภายในเจ็ดวันนับแต่วันที่ได้อ่านคำสั่ง
ในกรณีที่เจ้าพนักงานบังคับคดีมีคำสั่งแก้ไขบัญชีส่วนเฉลี่ย บุคคลตามมาตรา ๓๔๑ อาจยื่นคำร้องคัดค้านคำสั่งดังกล่าวต่อศาลได้ภายในสิบห้าวันนับแต่วันที่ได้อ่านคำสั่ง
ในกรณีที่มีผู้ยื่นคำร้องคัดค้านตามวรรคหนึ่งหรือวรรคสอง ให้เจ้าพนักงานบังคับคดีเลื่อนการจ่ายส่วนเฉลี่ยไปก่อนจนกว่าศาลจะได้มีคำสั่งหรือทำการจ่ายส่วนเฉลี่ยชั่วคราวตามมาตรา ๓๔๓
ถ้าไม่มีผู้ยื่นคำร้องคัดค้านตามวรรคหนึ่งหรือวรรคสองให้ถือว่าบัญชีส่วนเฉลี่ยนั้นเป็นที่สุด และให้เจ้าพนักงานบังคับคดีจ่ายเงินให้แก่บุคคลตามบัญชีส่วนเฉลี่ยนั้น

English translation
Where the execution officer has made an order affirming the distribution account, the person who filed a statement of objection under Section 340 may file a request objecting to that order with the court within seven days from the day the order was read.
Where the execution officer has made an order amending the distribution account, the persons under Section 341 may file a request objecting to that order with the court within fifteen days from the day the order was read.
Where a person has filed a request of objection under paragraph one or paragraph two, the execution officer shall postpone the payment of the distribution until the court has made an order, or shall make a provisional distribution under Section 343.
If no request of objection is filed under paragraph one or paragraph two, the distribution account shall be regarded as final, and the execution officer shall pay the money to the persons according to that distribution account.
An order of the court under this Section shall be final.
