ในกรณีที่เจ้าพนักงานบังคับคดีมีคำสั่งยืนตามบัญชีส่วนเฉลี่ย ผู้ซึ่งได้ยื่นคำแถลงคัดค้านตามมาตรา ๓๔๐ อาจยื่นคำร้องคัดค้านคำสั่งดังกล่าวต่อศาลได้ภายในเจ็ดวันนับแต่วันที่ได้อ่านคำสั่ง
ในกรณีที่เจ้าพนักงานบังคับคดีมีคำสั่งแก้ไขบัญชีส่วนเฉลี่ย บุคคลตามมาตรา ๓๔๑ อาจยื่นคำร้องคัดค้านคำสั่งดังกล่าวต่อศาลได้ภายในสิบห้าวันนับแต่วันที่ได้อ่านคำสั่ง
ในกรณีที่มีผู้ยื่นคำร้องคัดค้านตามวรรคหนึ่งหรือวรรคสอง ให้เจ้าพนักงานบังคับคดีเลื่อนการจ่ายส่วนเฉลี่ยไปก่อนจนกว่าศาลจะได้มีคำสั่งหรือทำการจ่ายส่วนเฉลี่ยชั่วคราวตามมาตรา ๓๔๓
ถ้าไม่มีผู้ยื่นคำร้องคัดค้านตามวรรคหนึ่งหรือวรรคสองให้ถือว่าบัญชีส่วนเฉลี่ยนั้นเป็นที่สุด และให้เจ้าพนักงานบังคับคดีจ่ายเงินให้แก่บุคคลตามบัญชีส่วนเฉลี่ยนั้น

English translation
Where the execution officer has made an order affirming the distribution account, the person who filed a statement of objection under Section 340 may file a request objecting to that order with the court within seven days from the day on which the order was read.
Where the execution officer has made an order amending the distribution account, the persons under Section 341 may file a request objecting to that order with the court within fifteen days from the day on which the order was read.
Where a person has filed a request of objection under paragraph one or paragraph two, the execution officer shall postpone the payment of the distribution until the court has made an order, or shall make a provisional distribution under Section 343.
If no person files a request of objection under paragraph one or paragraph two, the distribution account is deemed final.

Section 342 provides the court-level challenge to the execution officer's distribution order under Section 341. The time limit depends on the officer's decision: seven days to challenge an order affirming the account (available to the original objector under Section 340), or fifteen days to challenge an order amending it (available to the persons under Section 341). Filing such a request suspends payment, unless a provisional distribution is made under Section 343, until the court rules. The court's order is expressly final, closing off further appeal and giving the distribution certainty. It completes the objection chain running from Sections 340 to 343.
Why this matters in practice
Watch which deadline applies: it is seven days if the officer affirmed the account and fifteen days if the officer amended it, both running from the day the order was read, so being present at the reading matters. Because the court's order is final, this is your last opportunity to correct your ranking or amount. Getting the timing and grounds right often needs a lawyer familiar with Thai execution.

The finality that Section 342 gives to a court order applies only where the objection is that the process of drawing up the distribution account was itself wrong. Where the objector is really asserting a right to be paid a larger sum, the objection falls outside Section 342 and the court's order revoking the account is not final.
The condominium juristic person objected to the executing officer's first receipts-and-payments account, which allowed it 44,959.86 baht, saying it was entitled to 189,327.28 baht of unpaid common-area charges and surcharges. The Supreme Court held this was a claim to be paid more, not a complaint that the distribution account had been drawn up wrongly, so Section 342 did not make the trial court's order revoking that account final.
