ถ้าจะต้องส่งคำคู่ความหรือเอกสารอื่นใดไปยังคู่ความหรือบุคคลหลายคน ให้ส่งสำเนาคำคู่ความหรือเอกสารที่จะต้องส่งไปให้ทุก ๆ คน ในกรณีที่ต้องส่งคำคู่ความหรือเอกสารโดยเจ้าพนักงานศาลหรือทางเจ้าพนักงานศาลนั้นให้คู่ความฝ่ายซึ่งมีหน้าที่จัดการนำส่ง มอบสำเนาคำคู่ความหรือเอกสารต่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ให้พอกับจำนวนคู่ความหรือบุคคลที่จะต้องส่งให้นั้น
English translation
If a pleading or any other document must be served on several parties or persons, a copy of the pleading or document to be served shall be served on each of them. Where the pleading or document must be served by, or through, a court officer, the party having the duty to arrange for service shall deliver to the competent official a number of copies of the pleading or document sufficient for the number of parties or persons to be served.
