Customs kept the gold even after the case died: Dika 208/2569

Customs seized 49 gold ornaments on a smuggling allegation under Section 27 bis of the old Customs Act. Nobody was ever prosecuted — the case became time-barred. But when the owner sued in the civil courts to get the gold back, the Supreme Court’s jurisdiction committee shut the door: the owner had already lost the same claim in the administrative courts, and Dika 208/2569 holds the dispute stays in that system. No second run in a second court.
