Five new rulings of the Committee on Jurisdiction of the Courts were published this week, and two of them matter for anyone who owns property here. In Ruling 212/2569, a condominium juristic person and five unit owners fought a municipality over a state property certificate (น.ส.ล.) blocking their land titles. The Committee says a fight over who owns the land belongs in the ordinary courts. In Ruling 213/2569, a family occupying land since 1935 attacked the Treasury’s registration of the area as State property. That challenge to an official act belongs in the Administrative Court.
