Five new jurisdiction rulings landed on the Dika database this week, and two of them matter for anyone who owns property here. In Dika 212/2569, a condominium juristic person and six unit owners fought a municipality over a state property certificate (น.ส.ล.) blocking their land titles — the Court says a fight over who owns the land belongs in the ordinary courts. In Dika 213/2569, a family occupying land since 1935 attacked the Treasury’s registration of the area as State property — that challenge to an official act belongs in the Administrative Court.
