Who do you sue when the State claims your land? The Supreme Court draws the line

Five new jurisdiction rulings landed on the Dika database this week, and two of them matter for anyone who owns property here. In Dika 212/2569, a condominium juristic person and six unit owners fought a municipality over a state property certificate (น.ส.ล.) blocking their land titles — the Court says a fight over who owns the land belongs in the ordinary courts. In Dika 213/2569, a family occupying land since 1935 attacked the Treasury’s registration of the area as State property — that challenge to an official act belongs in the Administrative Court.
