English translation
Whoever gathers together, ten persons or more, and uses force or commits any act to cause disorder in the country shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding six months, or a fine not exceeding ten thousand baht, or both.
If any one of the offenders has a weapon, every offender in that group shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding two years, or a fine not exceeding forty thousand baht, or both.
If the offender is a leader or a person having the duty to give orders in the commission of the offence, he shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding five years, or a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand baht, or both.
