ผู้ใดกระทำด้วยประการใด ๆ แก่สิ่งที่ใช้ในการผลิต ในการส่งพลังงานไฟฟ้าหรือในการส่งน้ำ จนเป็นเหตุให้ประชาชนขาดความสะดวก หรือน่าจะเป็นเหตุให้เกิดอันตรายแก่ประชาชน ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินห้าปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ หมายเหตุ: [อัตราโทษ แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยมาตรา ๔ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมประมวลกฎหมายอาญา (ฉบับที่ ๒๖) พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๐]
English translation
Whoever does anything to equipment used in producing or transmitting electric power, or in transmitting water, so as to deprive the public of its use, or so as to be likely to cause danger to the public, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding five years, or a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand baht, or both.

Firm annotation
The protected subject is the equipment used to produce or transmit electric power, or to transmit water, rather than the supply in the abstract. Two alternative results suffice: depriving the public of its use, or creating a likelihood of danger to the public. The first limb means simple loss of service, with no danger at all, is enough. This section is often confused with Section 235, which covers postal, telegraph, telephone and radio communication instead.
