บุคคลทุกคนเมื่อได้เสียค่าธรรมเนียมตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวงแล้ว ชอบที่จะตรวจเอกสารซึ่งนายทะเบียนเก็บรักษาไว้ได้ หรือจะขอให้คัดสำเนาหรือเนื้อความในเอกสารฉบับใด ๆ พร้อมด้วยคำรับรองว่าถูกต้องมอบให้ก็ได้ ผู้มีส่วนได้เสียของห้างหุ้นส่วนหรือบริษัทใด ๆ เมื่อได้เสียค่าธรรมเนียมตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวงแล้ว ชอบที่จะขอให้นายทะเบียนทำใบสำคัญแสดงการจดทะเบียนห้างหุ้นส่วนหรือบริษัทนั้นให้ก็ได้

English translation
Every person is entitled to inspect the documents kept by the Registrar, or to require a certificate of the registration of any partnership or company, or a certified copy or extract of any other document, to be delivered to him by the Registrar, on payment of such fee as may be prescribed by the regulations issued by the competent Minister.
