บุคคลทุกคนเมื่อได้เสียค่าธรรมเนียมตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวงแล้ว ชอบที่จะตรวจเอกสารซึ่งนายทะเบียนเก็บรักษาไว้ได้ หรือจะขอให้คัดสำเนาหรือเนื้อความในเอกสารฉบับใด ๆ พร้อมด้วยคำรับรองว่าถูกต้องมอบให้ก็ได้ ผู้มีส่วนได้เสียของห้างหุ้นส่วนหรือบริษัทใด ๆ เมื่อได้เสียค่าธรรมเนียมตามที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวงแล้ว ชอบที่จะขอให้นายทะเบียนทำใบสำคัญแสดงการจดทะเบียนห้างหุ้นส่วนหรือบริษัทนั้นให้ก็ได้

Toute personne a le droit de consulter les documents conservés par le registraire, ou d'exiger du registraire un certificat d'immatriculation de toute société de personnes ou société, ou une copie certifiée conforme ou un extrait de tout autre document, qui lui seront remis moyennant le paiement des frais prescrits par les règlements émis par le ministre compétent.
