ให้รัฐมนตรีเจ้ากระทรวงมีอำนาจออกกฎกระทรวงกำหนด ลด หรือ ยกเว้นค่าธรรมเนียมที่ออกตามมาตรา ๑๐๑๘ และมาตรา ๑๐๒๐
กฎกระทรวงตามวรรคหนึ่ง จะกำหนดค่าธรรมเนียมให้แตกต่างกันตามรูปแบบการทำธุรกรรมก็ได้

English translation
The Minister in charge of the Ministry has power to issue ministerial regulations prescribing, reducing or waiving the fees issued under Section 1018 and Section 1020.
A ministerial regulation under the first paragraph may prescribe different fees according to the form in which the transaction is carried out.
