ถ้าคำขอจดทะเบียนหรือเอกสารซึ่งต้องจดทะเบียนไม่มีรายการบริบูรณ์ตามที่บังคับไว้ในลักษณะนี้ ว่าให้จดแจ้งก็ดี หรือถ้ารายการอันใดซึ่งจะแจ้งในคำขอหรือในเอกสารนั้นขัดกับกฎหมายก็ดี หรือถ้าเอกสารใดซึ่งกำหนดไว้ว่าให้ส่งด้วยกันกับคำขอจดทะเบียนยังขาดอยู่มิได้ส่งให้ครบก็ดี หรือถ้าไม่ปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขข้ออื่นซึ่งกฎหมายบังคับไว้ก็ดี นายทะเบียนจะไม่ยอมรับจดทะเบียนก็ได้ จนกว่าคำขอจดทะเบียนหรือเอกสารนั้นจะได้ทำให้บริบูรณ์หรือแก้ไขให้ถูกต้อง หรือได้ส่งเอกสารซึ่งกำหนดไว้นั้นครบทุกสิ่งอันหรือได้ปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขข้อนั้นแล้ว

Si une demande d'enregistrement ou un document soumis à enregistrement ne contient pas toutes les informations requises par le présent titre, ou si l'une des informations mentionnées dans cette demande ou ce document est contraire à la loi, ou si l'un des documents prescrits de déposer auprès de lui n'est pas produit, ou si toute autre condition imposée par la loi n'est pas respectée, le registraire peut refuser d'effectuer toute inscription dans son registre jusqu'à ce que la demande ou les documents soient complétés ou modifiés, ou jusqu'à ce que les documents prescrits soient produits, ou jusqu'à ce que la condition soit remplie.
