ห้ามมิให้ชักนำเอาบุคคลผู้อื่นเข้ามาเป็นหุ้นส่วนในห้างหุ้นส่วนโดยมิได้รับความยินยอมของผู้เป็นหุ้นส่วนหมดด้วยกันทุกคน เว้นแต่จะได้ตกลงกันไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น
