ในกรณีอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งซึ่งกล่าวไว้ในมาตรา ๑๐๕๕ อนุมาตรา ๔ หรืออนุมาตรา ๕ นั้น ถ้าผู้เป็นหุ้นส่วนที่ยังอยู่รับซื้อหุ้นของผู้ที่ออกจากหุ้นส่วนไปไซร้ ท่านว่าสัญญาหุ้นส่วนนั้นก็ยังคงใช้ได้ต่อไปในระหว่างผู้เป็นหุ้นส่วนที่ยังอยู่ด้วยกัน

English translation
In either of the cases mentioned in Section 1055 sub-section (4) or sub-section (5), if the remaining partners buy the share of the partner who has ceased to be a member, the contract of partnership continues in force between the remaining partners.
