สิทธิของบุคคลผู้ได้มาซึ่งทรัพย์สินโดยมีค่าตอบแทนและโดยสุจริตนั้น ท่านว่ามิเสียไป ถึงแม้ว่าผู้โอนทรัพย์สินให้จะได้ทรัพย์สินนั้นมาโดยนิติกรรมอันเป็นโมฆียะ และนิติกรรมนั้นได้ถูกบอกล้างภายหลัง

English translation
The right of a person who has acquired property fro the value an in good faith is not affected even if the act under which his transferor acquired the property was voidable and has been subsequently avoided.
