สิทธิของบุคคลผู้ได้มาซึ่งทรัพย์สินโดยมีค่าตอบแทนและโดยสุจริตนั้น ท่านว่ามิเสียไป ถึงแม้ว่าผู้โอนทรัพย์สินให้จะได้ทรัพย์สินนั้นมาโดยนิติกรรมอันเป็นโมฆียะ และนิติกรรมนั้นได้ถูกบอกล้างภายหลัง
