เจ้าของสามยทรัพย์ไม่มีสิทธิทำการเปลี่ยนแปลงในภารยทรัพย์หรือในสามยทรัพย์ซึ่งทำให้เกิดภาระเพิ่มขึ้นแก่ภารยทรัพย์
