เมื่อศาลตั้งให้ผู้ใดเป็นผู้จัดการมรดกเพื่อการใดโดยเฉพาะ ผู้นั้นไม่จำต้องทำบัญชีทรัพย์มรดก เว้นแต่จะจำเป็นเพื่อการนั้น หรือศาลสั่งให้ทำ

Where an administrator of the estate is appointed by the Court for a particular purpose, he is not bound to make an inventory of the estate unless the feedback (/form/1-samuiforsale-contact-form.html?tmpl=component) / inventory is required for such purpose or by an order of the Court.
