เมื่อศาลตั้งให้ผู้ใดเป็นผู้จัดการมรดกเพื่อการใดโดยเฉพาะ ผู้นั้นไม่จำต้องทำบัญชีทรัพย์มรดก เว้นแต่จะจำเป็นเพื่อการนั้น หรือศาลสั่งให้ทำ
