การเพิกถอนดังกล่าวมาในบทมาตราก่อนนั้นไม่อาจกระทบกระทั่งถึงสิทธิของบุคคลภายนอกอันได้มาโดยสุจริตก่อนเริ่มฟ้องคดีขอเพิกถอนอนึ่ง ความที่กล่าวมาในวรรคก่อนนี้ ท่านมิให้ใช้บังคับ ถ้าสิทธินั้นได้มาโดยเสน่หา
