นายจ้างซึ่งได้ใช้ค่าสินไหมทดแทนให้แก่บุคคลภายนอกเพื่อละเมิดอันลูกจ้างได้ทำนั้น ชอบที่จะได้ชดใช้จากลูกจ้างนั้น
