ถ้าสัญญาซื้อขายมีเงื่อนไข หรือเงื่อนเวลาบังคับไว้ ท่านว่ากรรมสิทธิ์ในทรัพย์สินยังไม่โอนไปจนกว่าการจะได้เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไข หรือถึงกำหนดเงื่อนเวลานั้น
