ท่านห้ามมิให้ใช้สิทธิไถ่ทรัพย์สินซึ่งขายฝากเมื่อพ้นเวลาดังจะกล่าวต่อไปนี้ (๑) ถ้าเป็นอสังหาริมทรัพย์ กำหนดสิบปีนับแต่เวลาซื้อขาย (๒) ถ้าเป็นสังหาริมทรัพย์ กำหนดสามปีนับแต่เวลาซื้อขาย
