ถ้าผู้ให้เช่าส่งมอบทรัพย์สินซึ่งเช่านั้นโดยสภาพไม่เหมาะแก่การที่จะใช้เพื่อประโยชน์ที่เช่ามา ผู้เช่าจะบอกเลิกสัญญาเสียก็ได้
