ตั๋ว ใบรับ หรือเอกสารอื่นทำนองเช่นว่านี้อันผู้ขนส่งได้ส่งมอบแก่คนโดยสารนั้น หากมีข้อความยกเว้นหรือจำกัดความรับผิดของผู้ขนส่งอย่างใด ๆ ท่านว่าข้อความนั้นเป็นโมฆะ เว้นแต่คนโดยสารจะได้ตกลงด้วยชัดแจ้งในการยกเว้นหรือจำกัดความรับผิดเช่นนั้น

English translation
Where a ticket, a receipt or any similar document delivered by the carrier to a passenger contains a term excluding or limiting the carrier's liability, that term is void, unless the passenger expressly agreed to the exclusion or limitation.
