ทรัพย์สินซึ่งจำนองย่อมเป็นประกันเพื่อการชำระหนี้กับทั้งค่าอุปกรณ์ต่อไปนี้ด้วย คือ(๑) ดอกเบี้ย(๒) ค่าสินไหมทดแทนในการไม่ชำระหนี้(๓) ค่าฤชาธรรมเนียมในการบังคับจำนอง
