คำบอกกล่าวขาดความเชื่อถือในกรณีไม่รับรองหรือไม่ใช้เงินนั้น ต้องมีรายการคือ วันที่ลงในตั๋วแลกเงิน ชื่อหรือยี่ห้อของผู้สั่งจ่ายและของผู้จ่าย จำนวนเงินในตั๋วเงิน วันถึงกำหนดใช้เงิน ชื่อหรือยี่ห้อและสำนักของผู้ทรงตั๋วเงิน วันที่คัดค้านหรือวันที่บอกปัดไม่รับรองหรือไม่ใช้เงิน กับข้อความว่าเขาไม่รับรองหรือไม่ใช้เงินตามตั๋วเงินนั้น

English translation
Notice of dishonour for non-acceptance or non-payment must state the date of the bill of exchange, the name or business name of the drawer and of the drawee, the amount of the bill, the date of maturity, the name or business name and address of the holder, the date of the protest or of the refusal to accept or to pay, and the fact that the bill has not been accepted or has not been paid.
