คู่สัญญาฝ่ายซึ่งเข้าถือเอาและใช้เงินตามตั๋วแลกเงิน อาจจะเรียกเอาเงินใช้จากคู่สัญญาทั้งหลายซึ่งต้องรับผิดต่อตนได้ คือ(๑) เงินเต็มจำนวนซึ่งตนได้ใช้ไป(๒) ดอกเบี้ยในจำนวนเงินนั้น คิดอัตราร้อยละห้าต่อปีนับแต่วันที่ได้ใช้เงินไป(๓) ค่าใช้จ่ายต่าง ๆ อันตนต้องออกไป(๔) ค่าชักส่วนลดจากต้นเงินจำนวนในตั๋วแลกเงิน ตามที่กำหนดไว้ใน
