คู่สัญญาทุกฝ่ายซึ่งต้องรับผิดและถูกไล่เบี้ย หรืออยู่ในฐานจะถูกไล่เบี้ยได้นั้น อาจจะใช้เงินแล้วเรียกให้เขาสละตั๋วเงินให้แก่ตนได้ รวมทั้งคำคัดค้านและบัญชีรับเงินด้วยผู้สลักหลังทุกคนซึ่งเข้าถือเอาและใช้เงินตามตั๋วแลกเงินแล้ว จะขีดฆ่าคำสลักหลังของตนเองและของเหล่าผู้สลักหลังภายหลังตนนั้นเสียก็ได้
