ผู้สั่งจ่ายก็ดี ผู้รับรองก็ดี ผู้สลักหลังคนก่อนก็ดี ซึ่งเขาสลักหลังหรือโอนตั๋วแลกเงินให้อีกทอดหนึ่งนั้น หามีสิทธิจะไล่เบี้ยเอาแก่คู่สัญญาฝ่ายซึ่งตนย่อมต้องรับผิดต่อเขาอยู่ก่อนแล้วตามตั๋วเงินนั้นได้ไม่
