ในกรณีใช้สิทธิไล่เบี้ยภายหลังการรับรองแต่บางส่วน ท่านว่าคู่สัญญาฝ่ายซึ่งใช้เงินอันเป็นจำนวนเขาไม่รับรองนั้น อาจจะเรียกให้จดระบุความที่ใช้เงินนี้ลงไว้ในตั๋วเงิน และเรียกให้ทำใบรับให้แก่ตนได้ อนึ่ง ผู้ทรงตั๋วเงินต้องให้สำเนาตั๋วเงินอันรับรองว่าถูกต้องแก่คู่สัญญาฝ่ายนั้นพร้อมทั้งคำคัดค้านด้วย เพื่อให้เขาสามารถใช้สิทธิไล่เบี้ยในภายหลังได้สืบไป
