(๑) เช็คไม่มีขีดคร่อม ผู้สั่งจ่ายหรือผู้ทรงคนใดคนหนึ่งจะขีดคร่อมเสียก็ได้ และจะทำเป็นขีดคร่อมทั่วไปหรือขีดคร่อมเฉพาะก็ได้(๒) เช็คขีดคร่อมทั่วไป ผู้ทรงจะทำให้เป็นขีดคร่อมเฉพาะเสียก็ได้(๓) เช็คขีดคร่อมทั่วไปก็ดี ขีดคร่อมเฉพาะก็ดี ผู้ทรงจะเติมคำลงว่า“ห้ามเปลี่ยนมือ” ก็ได้(๔) เช็คขีดคร่อมเฉพาะให้แก่ธนาคารใด ธนาคารนั้นจะซ้ำขีดคร่อมเฉพาะให้ไปแก่ธนาคารอื่นเพื่อเรียกเก็บเงินก็ได้(๕) เช็คไม่มีขีดคร่อมก็ดี เช็คขีดคร่อมทั่วไปก็ดี ส่งไปยังธนาคารใดเพื่อให้เรียกเก็บเงิน ธนาคารนั้นจะลงขีดคร่อมเฉพาะให้แก่ตนเองก็ได้
