บุคคลใดได้เช็คขีดคร่อมของเขามาซึ่งมีคำว่า “ห้ามเปลี่ยนมือ” ท่านว่าบุคคลนั้นไม่มีสิทธิในเช็คนั้นยิ่งไปกว่า และไม่สามารถให้สิทธิในเช็คนั้นต่อไปได้ดีกว่าสิทธิของบุคคลอันตนได้เช็คของเขามา
