English translation
As to any group member's debt-repayment claim, if the parties to the case and other group members do not object, the execution officer shall have the power to order that the claim be allowed, unless there is reasonable cause to order otherwise, and the execution officer shall also notify the court of such action.
As to any group member's debt-repayment claim, if there is an objector, the execution officer shall issue one of the following orders:
(1) dismiss the debt-repayment claim;
(2) allow repayment in full;
(3) allow repayment in part.
A group member who filed a debt-repayment claim to which no objection was made under paragraph one, a group member who filed a debt-repayment claim to which an objection was made under paragraph two, or an objector, may file a motion with the court contesting the execution officer's order within fifteen days from the date of becoming aware of the execution officer's order.
An order of the court under paragraph three may be appealed and brought on further appeal (dika), subject to the provisions of Book 3, Appeal and Dika.

Firm annotation
This is the core adjudication provision for members' debt-repayment claims in a class action. Where a claim is unopposed, the execution officer may allow it administratively, subject to a residual power to order otherwise for reasonable cause, and must report to the court. Where a claim is opposed, the officer must choose among three defined outcomes: dismissal, full allowance, or partial allowance. The section then builds in judicial oversight: any affected member or objector has a short fifteen-day window to bring the officer's order before the court, and the resulting court order carries the ordinary rights of appeal and dika. It operates alongside Section 222/41 (examination) and Section 222/46, which preserves group members' appeal rights specifically for matters arising under this section.
Why this matters in practice
The fifteen-day deadline to contest the execution officer's order is short and strict, so calendar it from the day you learn of the order, not the day you receive papers later. A partial-allowance order is common where the claimed figure is only partly proven, and challenging it well requires the underlying evidence to be ready. Because this is the one class action stage where individual members keep meaningful appeal rights, getting the court challenge right matters. Frequently asked questions
What orders can the execution officer make on a disputed class action claim?
Under Section 222/42, if a claim is objected to the execution officer must issue one of three orders: dismiss the claim, allow repayment in full, or allow repayment in part.
How long do I have to challenge the execution officer's order in court?
You have fifteen days from the date you become aware of the execution officer's order to file a motion contesting it with the court. The court's order can then be appealed and taken on dika.
Can an unopposed claim be allowed without a court order?
Yes. If no party or group member objects, the execution officer may allow the claim and simply notify the court, unless there is reasonable cause to order otherwise.
