การกระทำความผิดตามมาตรา ๒๗๗ มาตรา ๒๗๙ มาตรา ๒๘๒ วรรคสาม มาตรา ๒๘๓ วรรคสาม และมาตรา ๒๘๓ ทวิ วรรคสอง หากเป็นการกระทำต่อเด็กอายุไม่เกินสิบสามปี ห้ามอ้างความไม่รู้อายุของเด็กเพื่อให้พ้นจากความผิดนั้น
English translation
Where an offence under Section 277, Section 279, Section 282 paragraph three, Section 283 paragraph three or Section 283 bis paragraph two is committed against a child not over thirteen years of age, ignorance of the child's age may not be pleaded in order to escape liability for that offence.
